A Moment Before the Wedding

Hannah and Isaac wanted to slow down before their wedding this past June to appreciate what was coming next. They wanted to savor the journey and their strong bond, relishing in what they considered wonderfully quotidien; spending time at home.

I had the honor of being their wedding planner and designer and when they asked me to curate their lifestyle session, I knew exactly what I would do. Using a lot of bright whites and carefully placed pops of color, we were able to re-create what it feels like to be with your best friend and sweetheart on a lazy Sunday afternoon. Some of my favorite styling touches? The soft blue linen napkins by Bayith, made in the same part of Brooklyn where these two love birds live, and the romantic bouquet dappled around the studio and delivered to their door by Stem and Bloom. Captured beautifully by Katherine Ridgely of Katherine Ridgely Photography, this lifestyle shoot will now serve as a reminder of their years together. Isaac and Hannah, now married, are still savoring life's smaller moments like making coffee and reading the paper, wrapped in each other's arms and pretending it's just the two of them for a little bit longer.

I'm so proud to announce that the shoot is being featured today on Cottage Hill Magazine! Please check out more photos below as well as their blog post next to get the full scoop!
